Aside from working as a bookseller in multiple bookstores, I have worked as a children's, teen, and research librarian in major metropolitan libraries in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. In recent years, I've worked with public libraries across the country to build collections for new and renovated library branches. At my recommendation, libraries bought books. I have honed my eagle eye over the years by reading and reviewing countless ARCs and galleys from publishers, along with manuscripts from self-publishing authors.
